In-Home Postpartum Care

With postpartum support, I will help you recover and adjust to life with your new baby. This package is tailored to your family’s needs and includes the following: 

• Newborn care and education
• Baby wearing
• Assistance with breast/ bottle feeding 
• Partner/ family support 
• Emotional support & confidence building
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with pets
• A non-judgmental shoulder to lean on

 $38 / hour – 3 hour minimum 

With overnight support, you can dream peacefully knowing I'm there to tend to your newborns needs. 

While you rest, I will assist with the following:

• Bath time/ sleep routine
• Night feeds - whether that means bottle feeding so you have a full night of uninterrupted sleep or assisted nursing where I quietly bring baby to you to nurse and remove baby once the feed is done.
• Baby wearing 
• Sterilize/prep feeding equipment for the morning 
• Perform light (quiet) house keeping duties 
• And much more...

There are many reasons why parents seek overnight support, this package is customizable to suit your needs.

$38 / hour – 8 hour minimum
